Our Impact
Driving Progress and Innovation
VAST is dedicated to making a significant impact on the semiconductor industry through collaborative efforts and extensive resources. We support over 150 faculty research groups and train more than 600 students annually. Our facilities are equipped to handle a variety of semiconductor fabrication and packaging processes, ensuring that our partners have the tools they need to succeed.
Federating more than 35,000 sq. ft of shared semiconductor fabrication facilities.
